Jim and his brother Tom were my best friends in high school. His thoughtful and kind way was his hallmark. He will be missed.

A true friend and we will miss him. We enjoyed our time together in one of our favorite locations. As a golf buddy it was a time that will long be remembered. Kim and family please know that we are thinking of you all and share in your loss.

If we are lucky we find one true friend in a lifetime; Jim was one of those special people who many considered such a friend. I will miss his sincerity and warm spirit, not to mention his eternal optimism on the golf course and in life. I wish Kimiko and their wonderful family peace and trust that they will take comfort in the fact that Jim treasured each of them and lives on in them.

I was very privileged to know Jim well and count him as one of my few real friends. We traveled many of the same paths in life...to include our both commanding the 96th Communications Group at Eglin AFB. We shared our love of family, friends and of course enjoyed many golfing road trips together.
I wish Kimiko and their entire family peace and the comfort of knowing we'll all be together again someday.

So sad to hear of Jim's passing.....He was such a good, competitive golfer when he played with the Gaggle. I will miss him as will all the Gaggle members.

An honorable and generous man - I am sad he is gone but grateful we crossed paths in this life.
