Kenneth Alan Morris

Kenneth Alan Morris, 68, of Niceville, Florida passed away suddenly on 4/24/17.  He was preceded in death by his parents, John and Mary Jane Morris and brother David.  He is survived by brothers John (Debra) of Bonita Springs, FL, Daniel (Shelley) of Tulsa, Oklahoma and Kevin (Cheri) of Lake Forest, Illinois and by several nieces and nephews.  He is also survived by his former wife and good friend Rina Morris of Florence, Italy.

Born in Kansas City, Missouri, he spent his early childhood years in San Mateo and San Marino, California.  After moving to Wilmette, Illinois, his higher education consisted of New Trier Township High School in Winnetka, Illinois, followed by undergraduate and graduate degrees from Monmouth College and Loyola University, respectively.  Most of his working career was in the field of sales in Chicago, Pittsburgh, North Andover, MA and Providence, RI.  In his later years, he was an acclaimed home designer in Tulsa, Oklahoma and finally a real estate appraiser in Niceville, Florida where he ultimately retired.

He will always be remembered as a gentle, kind and generous person.  He will be missed by all.

A private family service will be held at a future date in Kansas City where he will be laid to rest near family.
