Matthew Roy Sutton

Matthew Roy Sutton, age 34, of Niceville, FL, passed away unexpectedly on Thursday, December 29, 2016 at his parent's home in Niceville, FL. Matt came into this world on October 26, 1982, in Dothan, AL, and was the beloved son of Roy and Gwen Sutton and the big brother of Shannon Sutton. He graduated from Niceville High School in 2001, and then attended FSU. Matt continued on in his life to be much loved by his family and friends from all across the country, Matt will truly be missed by all that knew him. He will always be remembered the most for his love for his parents and sister, as well as his outgoing personality. He never met a stranger and loved to talk to and get to know everyone he met. If you knew Matt, you loved him. Matt's greatest love, besides his family, was cooking, watching movies and hall games, especially his FSU Seminoles and the Tampa Bay Bucs. Matthew is preceded in death by his maternal grandfather, Sidney K. Evans, and his paternal grandmother, Hazel Davis. He is survived by his parents Roy and Gwen Sutton of Niceville, FL; sister Shannon Sutton of Tallahassee, FL; maternal grandmother Ruth Evans (Gaga), Aunt Tricia and Uncle Bill Bard of Santa Rosa Beach, FL, and their children Alana Campbell and her husband Ryan Robbins, and their children Alona and Alston of NY; Erin Campbell and her husband Luke Hughett and their child Willa of NY; Uncle Sidney Evans and his children Stacy Evans and his wife Lee Nisbet, Kevin Evans of NC, and Sydney young of LA. Pallbearers will be: Chris Albrecht, Beau Arrieta, Caleb Borthwick, Aaron Furlong, Drew Jaindl, Zack Keeler, Joey Kramer, Tyler Kaushagan, Jason Maines, Victor Mann, Kody Martin, Blake Nelson, Matt Pearson, Phil Price, Patrick Sellers, Scott Stewart, Justin Schodel, Grant Thompson.
