Charles Bennett Harvin Jr., 78, of Niceville, Florida, died Monday, June 18, 2018.

Charles was born in Manila, Philippine Islands on June 26,1939 to Charles Bennett and Dorothy Harvin. He graduated from the University of Maryland and The Air Force Institute of Technology. He proudly served 30 years in the United States Air Force and retired as a Colonel in May 1993.

Charles is survived by his wife Roberta Rejdukowski Harvin; his two children JoAnne Harvin Bartley and Charles Edward Harvin; six grandchildren Michael and Katherine Bartley, Tyler, Ryan, Ashley, and Austin Harvin.

He served God, country, and family all to the very best of his ability. He was proud of his “dash” but he said that his accomplishments were measured by the success of his children and his grandchildren.

The funeral will be held at Arlington National Cemetery.
