Joan Ramonde Goines

Joan R. Goines of Niceville, FL passed on to her final resting place on December 31, 2018. She was born in Crestview, Florida to William and Marjorie Herndon.
She is survived by her son Mitch Rowland and wife, Holly; and her wonderful grandchildren Kyle Rowland (Katie), Kera Kersten (Seth); daughter Tammy Stone and husband, Brian; her wonderful granddaughters Jordan Stone and Kasey O’Dea (Brett); her “brother”-in-law Terry Vaughn and niece Frankie Revell (Kenny) and a host of extended family.

Joan was preceded in death by her husband, James B. Goines; parents and sister, Trudie Vaughn.

She was retired from civil service and enjoyed reading, bowling, cooking and most importantly spending time with family.

There will be a time of visitation held from 10 – 11 a.m. on Saturday, January 5, 2019 at Heritage Gardens Funeral Home with funeral service beginning at 11 a.m. Interment will follow in Heritage Gardens Cemetery.
