Our beautiful daughter passed away Monday, August 27, 2018 in her sleep. She was only 34.
She is deeply missed and will be forever in our hearts and prayers.
She loved all sports. Softball, basketball, skateboarding, biking anything you could think of. She was always helping others when she could and had the biggest heart.
Phyllis is survived by her husband Juan Carlos Trejo Bautista, 8yr old son Tristan, her loving parents Philip and Sandy Mitchell, sisters Heather and Rochelle Mitchell, and her two nieces Vivian Mitchell 16 and Rosie 2.
She love the Lord and your family. We are grieving and miss her so much.
There will be a time of visitation held on Friday, August 31 from 2-3pm at Heritage Gardens Funeral home.
Private graveside service to follow in Heritage Gardens Cemetery.
