Sylvia Othelia Kochmanski

Sylvia Othelia Kochmanski, age 85, of Niceville, FL, a former resident of Buffalo, NY, and Crestview, FL, passed away February 4, 2018, at Brookdale Bluewater Bay Senior Living Center in Niceville, FL.

She was born in Buffalo, NY, to Walter and Othelia Levan. She was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother. Sylvia was a graduate of Kensington High School and earned her Business Certification from Bryant and Stratton College.

She was preceded in death by her husband John Kochmanski of fifty years and her brother Walter Levan. Sylvia is survived by her daughters, Claudia Crowe and husband Charles, and Suzanne Procter and husband Iain. Sylvia is also survived by her four grandchildren, John Crowe (Jennifer), Michael Procter (Lindsey), Christopher Procter, and Thomas Procter.

The family extends their appreciation to Brookdale Bluewater Bay Senior Living Center for their compassion and loving care.

A memorial service will be conducted at 11:00a.m. Saturday, February 24, 2018, at Heritage Gardens Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to Emerald Coast Hospice, 550 Redstone Ave. W., Suite 310, Crestview, FL 32536.
