Alice Miller

Alice Forbes Miller, 82, of Niceville, passed away on Saturday, September 14, at her home.

She was born on June 24, 1942, in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, to John A. Jacobs and Ethel K. Jacobs. On June 7, 1965, she married Robert H. Miller.

She is survived by her husband, Robert H. Miller of Niceville; son, Kenneth H. Miller (Lana) of Jacksonville, Florida; daughter-in-law, Deetra D. Miller, of Mascoutah, Illinois; 3 grandchildren, Robert E. Miller (Nici), Katherine D. Miller, Jacob C. Miller; two great grandchildren, Remi and Dennis; sister-in-law, Donna Miller of Twenty-Nine Palms, California, and numerous nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents; son, Robert John Miller, grandson, John Cody Miller, and brother-in-law, Frank Leslie (Les) Miller.

Alice got her AA degree at Northwest Florida State College. She started her career working for UWF Small Business Development Center where she retired. Alice enjoyed reading, crossword puzzles, shopping, sewing, and meeting her friends for coffee and lunch.
