Carole J Galpin

Carole Galpin, of Niceville, passed away at the age of 76 on October 27, 2023. Carole was born on November 7, 1946, in Brooklyn, NY, to Philip and Rose Passarelle. She graduated from St. Michael’s High School. In 1966, Carole met George Galpin, and they married in 1968. After moving to Niceville in 1973, she worked as a marketing rep at exchanges and stores at regional military bases for almost 50 years. 

Volunteering was her passion. She helped with Holy Name Jesus Church, Northwest Florida State College, and the Special Olympics Florida, where after years of service she proudly became a member of their Hall of Fame.

She cherished her time with family and her many wonderful friends, and she will be greatly missed by those who knew and loved her. 

Carole was preceded in death by her parents and her son Brian. She is survived by her husband George, son Todd and his wife Mara, grandson Ronan, sister Maria, and niece Lisa.

A visitation will be held on Sunday, November 5, 2023, at Heritage Gardens Funeral Home. 2201 North Partin Dr., Niceville, FL from 3-5:00 p.m.  A Funeral Service will be held on Monday, November 6, 2023, at 11:00 a.m. at Holy Name Jesus Catholic Church in Niceville.  Expressions of love and sympathy may be placed and viewed online at www.heritagegardensfuneralhome.com
