Cynthia A Marshall

Cynthia “Cindy” Marshall, age 56, of Niceville, Florida, passed away peacefully on July 23, 2025. Born on May 31, 1969, Cindy was a woman of deep kindness, unwavering generosity, and endless love.

Cindy was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Rickie Marshall. Though her passing leaves a profound void, her legacy lives on through the family she loved so dearly.

She is survived by her 5 children: Victoria and Bobby Ramos, Ashly Lockwood, Tiffany and Napoleon Sanguillen, Amber Marshall, Phillip Lockwood. She was the cherished “Meme” to 16 grandchildren who brought immense joy to her life: Iziah, Aiden, Adrianna, Maverick, Ezekiel, Cameron, Annabelle, Kaleb, Evelyn, Prince, Angelynn, Myles, Brayden, Kaiden, and Aerabella, and Gabriella.

Cindy’s life was defined by love — for her family, her friends, and her church community. She offered comfort with her words, warmth with her hugs, and strength through her constant support. Whether sharing a story, or simply sitting beside you in silence, she made everyone feel valued and loved.

A celebration of life will be held to honor Cindy’s memory. Details will be announced by Victoria Ramos at a later date.
