Dawn Watkins
Caring and loving mother of 6 children, Dawn watkins, 41, born Febuary 16, 1980 in Charleston, West Virginia gained her wings evening of November 13,2021. She loved to spend time around family and friends and there was never a dull moment when she came around. She filled the room with positive energy and would always put a smile on everyone's faces. Most may know her as Momma Watkins as she cared for many people and acted as a mother figure for most. She worked as assistant manager at the local Dollar General and gained many more friends. She worked hard to provide for her family. Her children were her most prized possession and she would do anything and everything for them to live the best life. She constantly fought for them even after finding out she had cancer. When she was in pain, she would still put a smile on her face and would continue to go on with her day while putting everyone else first. She is and always will be surrounded by positivity and endless love. We will continue to honor her wishes daily, one day at a time. She was
and still is an amazing, caring, strong, unforgettable, independent woman to this day. She passed peacefully and was surrounded with positivity, knowing her children will be taking care of. On her last day, each one of them expressed to her that they were going to be just fine; she felt as if a weight was lifted off her chest and that was then she was able to finally let go.
Preceded in death by her father Bernie Watkins.
