As the daughter of an Air Force member, Jennifer moved around the United States many times. Eventually coming to Florida in 1988. She attended Niceville high school and graduated with honors in 1988. She then went on to achieve her bachelor’s at the University of South Alabama and achieved her MBA from the University of West Florida.
She began her federal service career in 1996 as a Palace Acquire Intern in the Financial Management Specialty at MacDill AFB, FL. In 1999, she brought her talents to Eglin AFB, FL, where she left a lasting impact through her excellence and dedication across all phases of acquisition. Beyond her professional accomplishments, Jennifer was deeply devoted to her family, community, and work family – always offering a warm smile and kind words to those around her. Her love for her cats, her family, and her teammates was heartfelt and unmistakable.
Jennifer was known for her generosity, strong faith, and unwavering love for those she held dear. She lived with compassion, grace, and strength that touched everyone who had the pleasure of knowing her.

Jennifer is preceded in death by her father, Peter Denega. She is survived by her mother, Maureen Porche, her stepfather John Porche, and sister Lesha Porche.
She was deeply loved and will be greatly missed.
Services will be held on Saturday, April 12, 2025 at 11:00 AM at St. Jude Episcopal Church in Niceville, FL. All are welcome.
