Joan Watkins Neely-Harley

Joan Watkins Neely-Harley 86, passed away on January 4, 2023. She was born in East Liverpool, Ohio. Joan was active in our local community, happily giving her time supporting Twin Cities Pavilion and Caring and Sharing, to name a few. Joan retired from the US government service. She was a Customs Agent for 20 years and later transitioned into an award-winning real estate agent. She loved to travel, shop, and spend time with her family. She was very caring and helpful to others.

She is survived by her four children: David Nunn (Cynthia), Elizabeth Young, Susan Rood (Curtis), and Lisa Melton (Lonney). She has 14 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren. Joan was preceded in death by her father, Ralph Watkins, DDS, mother Gertrude Horrigan Watkins, and sister Anne "Cookie" Watkins.

We were blessed with your love and friendship but most of all your witty sense of humor.  You are loved and missed.
