Joaquin (Jack) Trevino, age 91, of Niceville, FL passed away at his home Tuesday September 14, 2021. He was born July 6, 1930 in Mercedes, TX to Elvira and Amado Trevino.
Jack was predeceased by both of his parents and his three brothers Antero, Jose, and Gustavo. Jack is survived by his wife, Joe Ann, his five children Jackie, Mike, Terry, David and Becky, his 14 grandchildren, his 14 great-grandchildren, his 2 great-great-grandchildren and his sister Irene.
Jack retired from the Air Force after 22 years, retired from teaching after 24 years, and served as a deacon in the Diocese of Pensacola-Tallahassee for 40 years. He lived a long, full life enjoying food, wine, music, and travel.
He loved his red wine with ice, appreciated a good “Dolly” pour and thought that he had pretty legs.
Visitation will be held Sunday 5:00 pm at Christ Our Redeemer Catholic Church, 1028 White Point Road, Niceville, Florida. Funeral Mass will be held Monday 10:00 am at Christ Our Redeemer Catholic Church, 1028 White Point Road, Niceville, Florida.
