Justin W. Childree

Justin Wayne “Juddy” Childree earned his wings on Friday, November 17, 2023, peacefully at home, surrounded by his family, caretakers, and an endless amount of love. He was born to Rose “Gooby” Childree and Terry Wayne Parish on Saturday, December 1, 1984, in FWB Florida.
Juddy began life just as many others — your typical “boggy boy” who loved sports, being outdoors, and any adventure a given day had to offer. Although brief, he had a zest for life like no other and an energy level one would be hard-pressed to match.
However, on March 8, 1993, at the age of 8, tragedy struck when an undiagnosed Arteriovenous Malformation (AVM) caused an aneurism and irreparable brain damage, leaving him partially comatose for the remainder of his life.
Some years after this event, he was adopted by maternal grandmother, Rose Childree, who loved and cared for him from then on, with the help of aunt, Leta Childree, and many home healthcare professionals.

Justin was preceded in death by maternal grandfather, Robert Childree, and survived by all aforementioned loved ones, as well as older sister, Ashlee Childree, and younger sister, Krystal Parish Cate.
It is because of his condition that Justin’s death is both bitter and sweet. Bitter because he will be missed beyond measure; but also sweet, as we know he is now free and whole once again, eternally healed and awaiting us all in Heaven until that blessed day when we are able to reunite.
