Karin Mozeke

Karin Mozeke died peacefully on November 23, 2021 after a brief illness. Karin was born March 23, 1940 in Cologne, Germany to Engelbert and Amalie Shoen.

Karin is survived by her loving husband Bobby Mozeke of the home, her son Sven Kirch of Germany, grandson Sean Armstrong of Florida, and step-son Mark Mozeke of Philadelphia. She is also survived by her sister Iris, first cousins Brigitta and Ulrike, who were like sisters, and many dear nieces, nephews, and cousins, all of Germany. She delighted in trips home to Germany to visit her family members. The home she shared with Bobby in Niceville was a welcoming place for numerous family members who visited from Germany over the years.

Karin was preceded in death by her parents, her sister Doris, and her beloved daughter Kerstin Armstrong.

Karin loved travel, the beach, animals, antiquing and a good bargain. She was creative, an excellent cook, and had a gift for turning old wooden furniture into works of beauty. She was a staunch protector of trees, and her yard was full of flowering plants. Karin was a caring neighbor. She will be missed dearly by her family and friends.
