Marjorie "Marge" Leone Evans

Marjorie Leone Evans 87, of Niceville, Florida, peacefully gained her wings on October 14, 2023. Marjorie (Marge) was born on October 11, 1936, in Fort Fairfield, Maine to Ella and Edwards Greenier. Marge was a military wife for 20 years and worked for Okaloosa County School District for 23 years as a custodian. Upon retiring, Marge took great pleasure in traveling alongside her beloved husband, cherishing quality time with her family, and indulging in the excitement of playing bingo. She brought joy and laughter to those around her and created countless cherished memories throughout her eventful life.

Marge is preceded in death by her parents, daughter Betty Wood, sons Allen, Greg, and Charles Evans, granddaughters Jimmy Rose Evans, and Teagan Rae Dean. However, her legacy lives on through her devoted husband of 71 years, Richard H. Evans Sr., son Richard H. Evans Jr. (Patricia), Ella A. Bruner (Johnny Wayne), Cindy R. Thompson (Kenneth), and Nessie L. Dean (Adam). Marge is also survived by her twelve grandchildren, twenty-two great-grandchildren, and two great-great-grandchildren.
