Mary Jean Flinn was born in London, Kentucky on December 4, 1937 to Addie and Frank Hyde. She was the youngest of ten children, and the last surviving child of the Hyde Family. Her Christian upbringing, family, and Kentucky heritage, all played a huge part in her life, and enabled her to have the highest regard for others, the principles she applied in life, and her career as a Realtor, following the highest code of ethics and professionalism.
Mary Jean married Robert R Flinn, the love of her life on September 27, 1980, and he preceded her in death on October 25th, 1999. She was a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother, survived by three daughters: Sheryl Parker of Niceville, Florida, Vicki Stephan and her husband Pat of Boston, Ma., Lori Goodman and her husband Randy of Marion, Indiana, and one son: Michael Flinn and his wife Dee of Post Falls, Idaho, eleven grandchildren: Adam, Sarah, Jesse, Seth, Sean, Drew, Caitlin, Kristen, Kayla, Megan, and Brian; fourteen great-grandchildren: Alyssa, Judah, Addie Rose, Micah, Marley, Connor, Juliana, Chloe, Zoie, Gracie, Linlee, Lenya, Lorily, and Kynsly.
Funeral Services will be held at The First Baptist Church of Niceville, Florida, 622 Bayshore Dr. on Saturday, May 11, 2019, with visitation starting at 1:00 PM and service
following at 2:00 pm.
