Norma Howard Obituary

Norma Howard was born in Birkenhead, England on May 12, 1932. She came to America in 1954. In 1959 her and my dad got stationed at Eglin AFB. She loved the area and never left.

She is preceded in death by her parents, George Archibald & Agnes Rosilyn Lyon, her brother George A. Lyon, her husband Don Howard, and her son Billy H Goodson Jr.

She is survived by her daughter & son in law Kerry Lynn & Alan Rateliff, Grandsons Alan W. Rateliff II, Bradlee & his wife Juliana Goodson & Brandon Goodson. Her sisters, Beryl L Brown & Jacqueline Monahan, and nieces and nephews

Graveside services will be Thursday, March 19, 2026, at 11:00 AM at Heritage Gardens Cemetery. Please keep the Howard Family in your thoughts and prayers.
