Pamela Jean Bonner passed away peacefully Monday, April 29, 2019, at Twin Cities Hospital in Niceville, FL.
Pam is survived by her husband of 61 years, Col USAF (Ret) William T. Bonner Jr. of Niceville, FL.; their son L.J. (Butch) Bonner and wife, Kathy; daughter Sharon A. Miller and husband, Christopher; son William T. Bonner III; daughter Catherine A. Bonner; daughter Marie E. Holmes and husband, Gregory (Scott); and beloved dog Rusty. Pam’s grandchildren include Holly Leach, Christopher Miller Jr., Michael Miller, Joseph Miller, Michelle Bonner Rosen, Jillian Holmes, Sophie Holmes and 17 great grandchildren. Daughter Jean M. Flowers is deceased.
Pam is preceded in death by Mary Osbourne, Margaret Davy, William Hawkins and wife, Tydfil of England. Beloved niece and namesake Pamela Peacock, Elizabeth Lavery, and Stephen Hawkins also live in England.
Pam was born in Cippenham, Slough, England on January 13, 1929 and married Bill on November 23, 1957. Pam volunteered for the American Red Cross all over the world during military assignments. She also was First Reader for Bill’s novels, as she made them better. Pam loved her grandchildren and great grandchildren; she was a great mom, grandmother and friend. She was an avid reader, history buff and gardener.

A time of visitation will be held from 2-3 pm, Friday, May 3, 2019 at Heritage Gardens Funeral Home, Niceville, Florida. Funeral Services will begin at 3:00 pm.
