Ralph Miller was born on May 15th, 1947 in Cleveland, Ohio to Richard P., and Lenora Miller.
Ralph joined the US Marine Corps in 1968. He received a Purple Heart for injuries he sustained in Vietnam. Upon his retirement from the military, he began his Civil Service career with DRMO. He also was a member of the Corvette Club.
He met the love of his life, Shelia (Rogers), in 1977. They married on December 28, 1977. They had two sons, Brian and Anthony (Tony).
He was a member of the Fraternal Order of the Eagles. He served as president from 1990-1991.
Ralph loved fishing and he was a member of the Good Ole Boys Fishing Club. He traveled with the club several times a year to the St. John’s River.
Ralph is preceded in death by his parents, Richard P. and Lenora Miller, and brother, Richard “Butch” Miller.
He is survived by his wife of 45 years, Shelia; sons, Brian (wife Ashley), Anthony (wife Torie); grandchildren, Izaiah, Hayden, Emma, Carson, and Teagen; and brother, Mike Stephens (wife Patricia).
There will be a visitation on May 18th, 2024, at 2:00 PM at Heritage Gardens in Niceville, FL with the Celebration of Life Service beginning at 2:30 PM. Pastor Joey Rogers will be officiating.
