Rece Howley

With deep sadness, we announce the passing of Rece A. Howley on October 29, 2024, in Valparaiso, Florida. Rece was born on August 24, 1951, to John Howley and Gloria Raschke in Detroit, Michigan. She attained two master’s degrees in engineering.

Rece was passionate about her career as an Engineer and enjoyed puzzles, working with electronics, and spending time with her cats.

She is survived by her sister, Jamie (Mike) Neubauer; brother, Tim Howley; nephews, Darren and Kyle Neubauer; and a niece, Gina Thompson. She was preceded in death by her parents, John and Gloria Howley.
