Richard Edward Holmes

Richard Edward Holmes passed away in Niceville, Florida on December 21, 2023. Richard was born on August 22, 1945 to William Hughie Holmes and Ethel Maudilee Holmes. He enjoyed playing pool and reading Louis L’amour books.

Richard was preceded in death by his parents, William and Ethel, brothers Gene Willard Holmes, Charles Clarence Holmes, William Toby Holmes, Donny Ray Holmes, Ronald Michael Holmes, sisters Martha Estelle Clemmens, Judy Ann Sell, and Kinda Kay Holmes. He is survived by Jackie Howard, Cassy Smith, Charles Clarence Holmes Jr., Brenda Dupont, Beki Keene, Deanna Sell, many nephews and nieces, grand-nephews and grand-nieces, great-grand nephews  and nieces, and numerous cousins.
