Robert Dewayne Roll Jr. passed away on 23 September 2023 at the age of 32. He was born on 27 November 1990 in Omaha Nebraska to parents Robert Roll Sr. and Lynne Davenport-Roll. He grew up around the panhandle of Florida, living in Niceville for most of his life. Robert graduated from Niceville Senior High School in 2009, and spent his adult life working as a cook, salesman, and an electrician to provide for his family. His greatest joys included being a father, his love for nice clothes, shoes, superheroes, Star Wars, drawing, and skateboarding, which he shared with his beloved children. Robert loved his time playing Fortnight with his kids. He will be remembered for his sense of humor, his intuitive nature, his devotion to his children and family, and his creative mind that will be missed by everyone who knew him well. His light and his charisma will never be forgotten.
Robert is preceded in death by his grandparents, Denice Weekley, Jean Knapp (Jack), and Bill Davenport. He is survived by his two children: Karma Rodriguez-Roll and Kingston Rodriguez-Roll, his parents, Robert Roll Sr. (Nancy) and Lynne Roll, and his brothers Billie Roll (Leah), Christopher Roll, and Richard Roll, as well as many uncles, aunts, cousins, and friends.
A service will be held at Heritage Gardens Funeral Home & Cemetery located at 2201 Partin Drive North, in Niceville, on Saturday, 30 September 2023 starting at 3:00 PM with a visitation for family and friends and followed by a service officiated by Pastor Robert Harper beginning at 4:00 PM on the same day.
