Rudolph Edmund Kuhn, 88, of Niceville, Florida, passed away peacefully while at home on Tuesday, July 13, 2021. Rudy is survived by his son and daughter-in-law, Edmund and Alecia Kuhn and his granddaughter, Ana Holloway. He was preceded in death by the love of his life, his wife, Carmen Kuhn, and his daughter, Susan Holloway.
Rudy was born to Edmund F. and Dolly Kuhn in Durand, Wisconsin on August 21, 1932. After running a successful popcorn stand for a few years, Rudy entered the United States Air Force, where he served as a mechanic. He met his wife, Carmen, while on duty in Spain and returned to the States with his bride. Upon retirement from the Air Force, the Kuhns settled in Niceville, where Rudy lived until his passing.
Rudy loved his family above all and worked hard to make sure they were taken care of. He enjoyed collecting stamps and coins, fishing, playing poker and was an amateur genealogist. He generously donated to many charities until his passing.
He was loved, will be missed and fondly remembered.
