Terry R. Vaughn

Terrry R Vaughn, 89, of Niceville, Florida passed away on March 23, 2026.  He was born on December 24, 1936 in Danville, Illinois.

Terry lived a full and hardworking life and was known for his quiet dedication to both his friends and family.  He worked many years with the US Postal Service and later as a receiving clerk at Winn Dixie.  In his free time, Terry enjoyed bass fishing and following NWF Raiders basketball.  He appreciated the outdoors and the simple moments spent with the people he loved.

He was preceded in death by his beloved wife Trudie, his parents, siblings and many brother and sister in laws. 

He is survived by his loving daughter and son in law Frankie and Ken Revell, his grandchildren, Eric, Lacy and Zachary and great grandchildren Carson, Kylin, Jaelyn, JohnClay and Piper.  He shared a special friendship with Joy “Gator” Houck as well as many nieces and nephews.

Terry will be remembered for his steady presence, his love of fishing and sports, and the kindness he showed to those around him.  His memory will live on in the hearts of all who knew and loved him.

Funeral services will be Wednesday, April 1, 2026, at St. Paul Lutheran Church at 2:00 PM in Niceville.  The family will receive friends at the church one hour prior to the service. Please keep the Vaughn Family in your thoughts and prayers.
