William G. Edwards

William G. Edwards passed peacefully on May 24, 2023 in Fort Walton Beach, Florida. William was born in Austin, Texas on May 22, 1943 to Eugene and Minnie Edwards. After graduating high school, William entered the United States Navy and retired after serving for 21 years. He then worked in the Civil Service, retiring after 28 years. William loved fishing and hunting.

He is preceded in death by his wife of 49 years, Georgina May.

William is survived by his sons: William and wife Missy, Robert and wife Juliene, James and wife Tracy; his grandchildren: Chelsea, Deanna, Christopher, Cody, and Bailey; and his great-grandchildren: Tucker and Jucella.
