William Dewell Stanfill (Butch) was born in Macon, Georgia on September 15, 1960. Butch is preceded in death by his dad Buck Stanfill and his mom Clare Stanfill.
Butch left behind his loving wife Cindy Carnley Stanfill of 45 plus years, 2 children William Stanfill (Jim Bob) and Muranda Balentine. Nine grandchildren, Karissa, Katelyn, Aiden, William, Hailey, Alyssa, Kelly, Valerie, and Jayden. 3 step-grandchildren, Hayden, Logan, and Hunter. Brothers Michael and Johnny. Sisters Katy, Crysty, Denise, and Sherrill. Many nieces and nephews.
Butch was a loving husband, dad, grandfather, and uncle. His hobbies were collecting old coins and guns. Butch and Cindy spent the last few years traveling to different states; he wanted to make memories. Butch was known for his strong sense of humor and his infectious laugh.
He had a way of making everyone around him feel welcomed and loved. His legacy of kindness, hard work, and deep family love will continue to inspire all who knew him. He enjoyed the simple pleasures of life, family gatherings, fishing, and quiet moments with those closest to him.
