The staff at Heritage Gardens was so very helpful and supportive to our family, during such a difficult time. From beginning to end, Lauren and the staff were professional, respectful, and showed sincere concern for our family’s experience.

We used Heritage Gardens Funeral Home and Cemetery for a family member’s funeral services (viewing, funeral, and interment) in December of 2025. We were very pleased with the level of service Brandy (Funeral Director in Charge) and her team provided throughout the process. The employees were knowledgeable, caring, and considerate and helped make a challenging event go as smoothly as possible. Lauren, Priscilla, and the entire staff at Heritage Gardens were a true blessing to our family during our sorrow at the loss of our Mom, Grandma and friend. All the arrangements were seamless and easy to accomplish during a difficult time. The chapel was lovely and a perfect setting to honor mom. Thank you for all you do.<br>Even through the ongoing expansion, the cemetery grounds are kept in immaculate condition throughout the changing seasons. This is a very well maintained and safe space that will always hold a special place in the hearts of many.

My parents passed away four years apart from each other. I held on to their remains until I was comfortable deciding on where to put them. Heritage Gardens is the prettiest cemetery, by far, in this whole area. I found a plot that was perfect for them. The Heritage Gardens employees were so kind to work with and handled the burial with such care. I enjoy going through the cemetery and visiting where they are. Thank you to everyone that helped me.

I could not be more pleased with the experience my family and I had with Heritage Gardens under such terrible circumstances. My late husband was only 37 when he passed, making the situation especially hard. Yet the staff were kind, warm, and supportive. They were in contact with updates frequently and always made us feel like we weren’t alone. They had guidance to offer and helped us to understand the process and delays. We sincerely appreciated the support and helpfulness of the entire team at Heritage Gardens.

Lauren was truly outstanding during one of the most difficult times in our lives. She handled every conversation with me and my stepmom with such care and gentleness, helping us feel supported and at ease throughout the entire process. She walked us clearly and patiently through all of the available options, and at no point did we feel pressured or upsold — just genuinely cared for.<br><br>Her flexibility and responsiveness were also remarkable. She made sure my father’s obituary was published exactly as we requested (including swapping out the picture for us at the last minute), coordinated a beautiful Air Force Honor Guard for the service, and ensured everything was fully prepared well before we and the rest of the family arrived for the service. Her and her team’s attention to detail and calm professionalism helped make a very painful time so much less so, and we are eternally grateful.<br><br>I said afterward — and meant it — that I would hire Lauren to work at my own company in a heartbeat. She’s a rare combination of competence, compassion, and integrity.

Both Andy and Brandy, along with the entire staff, went above and beyond what our family needed at my Dad's funeral.<br>With my Dad being a retired Marine, we wanted to give him the full honors he deserved but didn't know where to start. Brandy took care of contacting all the necessary parties involved to have the Marines there for the flag folding ceremony as well as the three-volley gun salute.<br>Brandy even answered the phone on Sunday when my Mom had a question pop up and was always kind to help.<br>Under the management of Andy Hayes Heritage Gardens has come a long way from where it was before.<br>When we came in for our initial meeting, it was anything but the gloomy feel you typically think of with a funeral home. It had bright lighting, and the decor had been updated. It was greatly appreciated and made a sad day not feel as depressing. It was more of a warm, comforting feeling.<br>While no day like this is ever fun or perfect, a lot can be said about the level of compassion and thoughtfulness that is distributed during a families time that they need it the most.

Our son passed away unexpectedly and Heritage Gardens was there for my wife and I from the start. They got us through a very tough time when we really needed it. They explained all our options so we could choose the best arrangements for our son. The staff was extremely friendly and compassionate at the same time being very professional. My wife and I highly recomend them.

The love of my life, father of my amazing daughter, the one I thought I'd spend my forever with is laid to rest at such an early age there. I visit his grave often at all different hours. It doesn't matter if its 3 am or 6 pm, it is always well taken care of there. Everyone, employees or other loved ones of the now restest, all do their part on being respectful to others. I always feel safe up there as well. The yards are very well taken care of. Josh would have been happy with the choice to lay him down there for his daughter and me to come talk to him.

I have several fond memories of my aunt. She and her family would often visit mine in Ohio, for holidays and such celebrations. We could always feel the kind of warmth you can only feel with family when we had them there. I remember bonding with her son, Michael, getting to know her daughter Christine, and meeting her husband, John at their home in Florida. We took many vacations to see them and spend time in summer going to the beach and enjoying each others company. I remember Christmas presents, lifelong effort, and a good woman who graced those she loved with her presence everyday.
